Lose Fat Without Dieting

Dieting works, but there are other options. In this video, I’ll show you 3 ways to lose fat without dieting.

Did you know your brain notices your gut is full 20 minutes after it is?

That’s right—there’s a communication delay between the two. That’s roughly the time it takes for your gut to produce its “fullness” hormones and for these hormones to reach your brain through your bloodstream. Two of the 3 tricks I’ll show you are based on this human flaw and work around it.

i have tried everything, from dieting to home exercise but no result and i cant go to the gym because i am young. I need to get ripped for an upcoming event next month and i am trying to get a six pack to impress a girl that i really like. pls tell me what to do?

    • Carl Juneau  Says:

      Hi Kemek,

To get six pack abs, you need to eat less calories than you spend through physical activities (I talk about this in this video: http://www.perfectabsprogram.com/the-1-principle-guys-who-fail-to-get-abs-overlook/).

So it seems you’ve been doing the right things. If it didn’t work, it’s probably because you didn’t have any plan. You need to have a plan and to follow it closely to make sure you’re on track. If you don’t have a plan, you may be off track most of the time without knowing it.

I’ll post a new video next week about this. Not everyone will have access, but I’ll send you the link (if you don’t receive it, email me). This video should give you an better idea of what you need to do to get six pack abs.

      Cheers!

    Hi, Carl.

These are great tips: I never heard of the “putting your fork down” one, but it makes perfect sense.

One tip that you missed, however, is DRINKING WATER 20 minutes (or so) before you sit down to eat. I figured that this is such common and widely dessiminated advice that you didn’t bother saying it, but it is worth repeating. The water, which has O calories (unlike fruits & veggies, H20 has no calories at all), will make you feel full and — therefore — eat less.

Also advisable is to chew all food throughly (masticate) so that you (a) get all the nutrients you can and (b) give yourself more time to feel full by slowing down the pace of eating.

Thanks again for all your tips, and please make the link available to me as well.

I hope you had a great 4th of July, and take care.

  7. Hello! I’m have a really big problem because I promised my gf that I was going to have a 6/8pack (almost have a 6 pack) but I have some lower fat hat I can’t get away ;(
But I would really like it if you could help me with this :D

Ps: love you videos! Your so awesome!!!
Im a huge 15 year old fan all the way from sweden!!
    Have a great day!! :D

    • Carl Juneau  Says:

      Hi Philip,

Glad to hear I’ve got fans in Sweden =)

Congrats on almost getting a six pack. To lose that last bit of lower abs fat, you’ll need to have a negative energy balance for 4 weeks. Eat less and exercise more. Cutting carbs (bread and pasta) works well for a lot of people. Also, interval training (Google it) is especially effective at burning belly fat.

I’ve got more advanced tips in my new book: http://www.sixpackabsexercises.com/getsixpackabs.

      Good luck!

    Hi Carl,
I just want to thank you for sending your videos,I find it interesting.Actually I’m doing your 5×5x5 drill though I have’nt noticed any changes yet but I’m looking forward to your next videos.Keep up the good work.

    • Carl Juneau  Says:

      Hi Elanie,

Keep at it: you should feel your abs contract when you crunch… and your hip flexors work when you do sit-ups.

      Thanks for your comment,

      Carl

  9. Leora  Says:

    Hi Carl!
Thanks for the great fork tip- I’ve heard of it before. Another great one is to chew VERY SLOWLY and an alternative for the half- serving trick is to box it up or put it away ahead of time. If you want it, you can have it if you want it.
Aside, thanks for the great tips. My belly fat is slowly but surely going away.

    • Carl Juneau  Says:

      Hi Leora,

      Love the box tip!

Lets you hide away that food before you’re tempted to eat it.

      Thanks,

      Carl
