10 lbs Of Muscle Mass In 2 Weeks: Case Study

Julian went from not making any progress to gaining 10 lbs of muscle mass in 2 weeks. He also increased his Bench Press 35 lbs and his Squat 90 lbs. You’ll find out how in today’s case study.

Today, I’d like to introduce you to Julian, from Savannah, Georgia.

When Julian got my course, he was stuck. He wasn’t building muscle. He wasn’t losing fat.

He’ll tell you about it in this video (turn your speakers up!):

Mistakes Julian Made & How We Fixed Them:

  1. Julian didn’t understand he needed to gain weight to gain muscle. You can’t lose weight and build muscle at the same time. To build muscle, your body needs extra energy. So, you need to eat plenty of food to give it that energy. If you’re trying to lose weight and you starve yourself, you won’t be giving your body the food and energy it needs to build muscle. Julian tried it, and it didn’t work.
  2. Julian tried to diet for too long. When you diet and lose fat, your body starts to think there’s a shortage of food and you’ll starve. So, to protect itself, it launches all sorts of protection mechanisms that make it harder for you to keep losing weight. To get rid of these protection mechanisms, you need to reset your metabolism. In clear English: you need to give your body a plain ol’ break. I recommended Julian he take two weeks off. No diet, and no hard workouts.

What Happened Next

As Julian’s body recovered, he naturally gained the muscle mass his body wanted to put on but wasn’t able to (10 lb). He also increased his energy level and became stronger, and improved his Bench Press by 35 lb and his Squat by 90 lb.

My Best Abs Exercise on Video

In this video, I’ll show you my favorite abs exercise, the Bench Crunch. I’ll also tell you why it’s so much better than regular crunches, and why it might be the best abs exercise you’ll ever learn.

If you’ve ever done a single crunch thinking it would help you define your abs, you owe it to yourself to watch this video.

By the way, I’ve released this video as part of a test. It might not be available for long, so watch it while you can.
